Shipping Policy
At Adera, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may ship the next business day.
We also ship Saturday mornings. Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Saturday will typically ship the same day.
Orders placed outside these windows will ship on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We currently ship using USPS.
Available shipping options include:
Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are determined by USPS.
Once a package leaves our facility and a tracking number is issued, the shipment is fully in the hands of the carrier.
Adera is responsible for processing and shipping your order, but once the package is in transit we have the same tracking visibility that you do.
Shipping Insurance
Customers may purchase Shipping Insurance for $5.99 at checkout.
Shipping insurance provides guaranteed protection in the following situations:
- Package lost by USPS
• Package arrives damaged or broken
If this occurs, we will reship your order free of charge.
To file a claim, please email:

Include:
- Your order number
• Photos of the package and shipping label
• Photos of any damaged items
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout, the order will not be covered under shipping insurance.
However, we still encourage customers to contact us so we can do our best to help resolve the issue.
Orders Without Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance is not purchased, and USPS loses the package or it arrives damaged, we will still do our best to assist.
Possible resolutions may include:
- Store credit
• Partial or full refund
These resolutions are handled case-by-case.
What Is Considered a Lost Package?
Based on USPS tracking behavior and past shipping data, we define a lost package under the following conditions.
Package Stuck In Transit
If your package has not moved from the same tracking location for 7 business days, please contact us.
While packages sometimes move after 5–6 days, experience shows that if it remains unmoved for 7 days, it may be lost in transit.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
Occasionally USPS may mark a package as Delivered before it physically arrives.
If your package shows Delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days.
If the package still has not arrived after that time, please contact us.
Claim Requirements
If you experience any issues with your order, please ensure you:
- Take clear photos of the package and shipping label
• Take photos of any damaged or incorrect items
• Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved
This helps us process claims much faster.
